Available services

Free WiFi : Stay connected with our high-speed internet service available free of charge in all our flats. Please note that there are no televisions connected to the network.

Weekly cleaning : We offer a weekly cleaning service for all our flats, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment throughout your stay.

Laundry : Washing machines and tumble dryers are available in the building to make your stay easier.

Modern facilities : Each flat is equipped with modern conveniences, including a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette, and more for your convenience.

Accessibility : MySeyon27 is equipped with a lift, ensuring easy access to all floors for all our tenants.

Parking : Parking is available nearby for visitors arriving by car. Covered parking is subject to a charge (further information). For on-street parking in the blue spaces, we have cards available on request and while stocks last.

FAQ

You should normally have received your WiFi access by email from our CISCO system (please check your spam folder). If this is not the case, please send an email to guest@myseyon27.com to obtain new access.

Your room is cleaned every week, please consult the schedule in your accommodation.

If you wish to wash your clothes, you can use the washing machine and tumble dryer located in the building between floors 2-3, 3-4, and 4-5 on the stairs. There is no set timetable, so you can use these facilities at your convenience.

Please note that it is not permitted to wash the sheets provided by us if you use them, and that it is not permitted to lock the laundry rooms.

When you leave, please ensure that:

– You’ve emptied the fridge
– You’ve put all your rubbish in the respective bins 
– You have left your key and your key card on the table (as well as the car park card if you have one).
– You have left the flat in good general condition (a surcharge may be applied in the event of damage or negligence).
– You’ve closed the windows
– You haven’t forgotten anything that belongs to you

Check-in: Starts at 4pm on the first day of your contract. If you need to leave luggage earlier, please arrange this by emailing guest@myseyon27.com.

Check-out: Must be made before 10am on the last day of your contract. If you need to leave luggage after this time, please arrange this by emailing guest@myseyon27.com.

– An invoice with a QR code is sent a few days before your arrival at MySeyon27, and then every month for the following month. You will receive it around the 15th and it must be paid by the 20th of the month.

All persons registered as being domiciled in the commune of Neuchâtel are subject to the Serafe audiovisual licence fee (included in the price), as well as the waste collection tax, which is invoiced directly by the commune.

All persons staying less than 60 days in the canton of Neuchâtel are subject to a tourist tax of CHF4.20/person/night (free for children). In return, these people receive the Neuchâtel Tourist Card and benefit from free public transport in the canton of Neuchâtel as well as discounts for various activities and tourist attractions.
